1 Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By accessing, browsing, registering an account, posting listings, requesting interior quotes, or making online payments on interiordesignersclub.in (the "Platform"), you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Eligibility: You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority and capability to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If registering on behalf of a business entity (e.g., an interior design firm, architecture studio, or contractor company), you represent that you have the full legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2 Description of Platform & Services

Interior Designers Club is an online marketplace, directory search engine, and lead distribution platform designed to connect homeowners, commercial clients, and property developers ("Homeowners") with verified interior designers, architects, decor specialists, and modular furniture studios ("Designers").

3 Designer Membership Packages, Pricing & Validity

We offer specialized annual digital growth subscription packages for interior designers and studios. All prices are listed transparently in Indian Rupees (INR ₹):

4 Launch Introductory Offer: 6 Months 100% Free Trial & Auto-Pay Terms

Under our introductory launch promotional program, interior designers and studios may activate any 1-Year Membership Plan with a 6 Months 100% Free Trial (₹0 Upfront Charge Today):

• Launch Window & Automatic Expiry: This introductory free trial offer commences on the official live launch date of the platform and is strictly available for the first 6 months (180 days) from platform launch. Upon completion of 6 months from the live launch date, this promotional launch offer will be permanently closed and discontinued across the entire platform, after which standard upfront annual subscription pricing will apply for all new activations.
• Zero Initial Payment: No payment is charged to your account on Day 1 during the active trial promotional period.
• Immediate Benefits: Profile listing, top directory placement, verified badge, and customer lead allocations are activated instantly upon trial authorization.
• Auto-Pay Mandate: An automated recurring subscription mandate is set up via our secure payment gateway partner. The yearly renewal charge applies only after the completion of the 180-day (6-month) trial period.

5 Payment Terms, Accepted Methods & Invoicing

• Accepted Modes of Payment: All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) through RBI-authorized payment gateways (such as Razorpay). We accept Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Diners, Amex), Debit Cards, Net Banking (50+ banks), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), and authorized digital wallets.
• Taxes: All applicable taxes (such as GST) are displayed clearly during the checkout process as required by Indian taxation laws.
• Invoicing: Digital tax invoices and payment receipts are generated automatically upon successful payment and accessible inside the user dashboard or delivered via registered email.

6 Digital Service Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

• Fulfillment Timeline: Upon successful checkout or trial authorization, your digital membership is provisioned immediately. Listing badges and directory placement are live within 0 to 24 hours following automated/manual credential moderation.
• Lead Delivery: Verified customer inquiries are dispatched electronically to your dashboard and registered WhatsApp/SMS/Email in real-time as matching homeowner inquiries are received.

7 Platform Role & Intermediary Disclaimer

IDC functions as an online discovery directory and marketplace intermediary under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

• No Project Guarantee: IDC provides access to genuine homeowner inquiries and high-visibility marketing. However, IDC does not guarantee minimum project conversions, contract signings, or specific revenue, as conversion depends entirely on the designer's individual pricing, portfolio quality, responsiveness, and sales negotiations.
• Independent Contracts: Any commercial agreements, quotations, design milestones, advance payments, or material deliveries entered into between Homeowners and Designers are strictly bilateral contracts between those two independent parties. IDC is not a party to, nor liable for, any disputes, work delays, craftsmanship deficiencies, or payment disagreements arising from individual project contracts.

8 User Content, Portfolios & Intellectual Property

• Authenticity Requirement: Designers must upload only genuine project photographs, accurate business certifications, and truthful studio descriptions that they own or have explicit legal license to display.
• Anti-Plagiarism & Copyright: Uploading copyrighted, third-party, or fabricated architectural renderings without authorization is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate profile suspension without refund.
• License Grant: By uploading portfolio images and articles to IDC, you grant IDC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, promote, and format your content on the platform and associated social channels for the purpose of promoting your design studio.

9 Prohibited Activities & Account Termination

Users and Designers agree not to:

• Provide false, deceptive, or misleading contact or business details.
• Harvest, scrape, or extract platform data, homeowner inquiries, or directory listings through automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers without express written permission.
• Resell or redistribute assigned customer leads to third-party marketing brokers or competing agencies.
• Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or defamatory communication toward homeowners, fellow designers, or IDC support staff.

IDC reserves the right to suspend, deactivate, or permanently terminate accounts violating these guidelines.

10 Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Interior Designers Club, its founders, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, contracts, or data arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IDC from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of third-party intellectual property rights, or conduct during independent client projects.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any contractual disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any legal dispute or controversy arising out of or related to these Terms, the courts situated in Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida) / Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
