• No Card Storage: We DO NOT collect, capture, store, or process full Credit Card numbers, Debit Card numbers, Card CVV/CVC codes, PINs, or Net Banking passwords on our servers.
• Encrypted Gateways: Payment data is encrypted directly via industry-standard 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption protocols between your browser and the payment gateway.
• Recurring Subscriptions / Auto-Pay: When opting into yearly membership plans with free trial mandates, recurring subscription tokens are securely tokenized and managed directly by the authorized payment aggregator under RBI e-mandate regulations.

• Legal & Statutory Compliance: Maintaining financial accounts, responding to lawful government inquiries, and complying with GST and Indian corporate laws.

5 Sharing & Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal contact details to third-party marketing brokers. We share data solely under the following circumstances:

• Between Homeowners & Verified Designers: When a user requests a quote or consultation, contact details are shared with verified interior designers servicing that city to provide competitive estimates.
• Trusted Service Providers: Secure third-party vendors assisting in payment processing (Razorpay), transactional SMS/WhatsApp gateways, cloud infrastructure (AWS / DigitalOcean), and email dispatch (SMTP). These partners are bound by strict non-disclosure obligations.
• Legal Obligations: When required by court order, statutory regulation, law enforcement authority, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of IDC and its users.

8 Strict No Personal Data Storage & Instant Auto-Purge Policy

हम किसी भी यूजर का सेंसिटिव पर्सनल डेटा या प्राइवेट इन्फॉर्मेशन अपने पास सेव / स्टोर नहीं रखते हैं (Zero Permanent Storage Principle):

• No Permanent Storage of Client Data: Homeowner contact details and quotation requests are processed in real-time solely to connect clients with their chosen verified designer and are not stored in persistent, harvestable consumer databases.
• No Financial / Card Data Storage: Zero credit card numbers, CVVs, PINs, OTPs, or net banking passwords ever touch or reside on our servers. All financial transactions are directly and exclusively handled by RBI-approved PCI-DSS payment gateways.
• No Tracking / Surveillance: We do not track users across the web, build unauthorized marketing profiles, or sell user records to third-party brokers.
• Instant Session Purge: Temporary session identifiers and functional search cookies are automatically discarded when browsing sessions end or can be cleared immediately by the user.
• Permanent Right to Deletion: Any registered partner or designer can request full instant removal and deletion of their public listing and account records at any time.
